Covid Fatigue

Prioritize your mental health.  COVID-19 fatigue is real.

We are dealing with new family lives and routines, new anxieties, and the loss of loved ones.  Many of us live alone and see fewer people than we used to.  If you are struggling, you can call the state’s mental health hotline at 1-844-863-9314 for free emotional support, consultations, and referrals to a provider.  Visit https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/covid-19-resources.html for more resources.

  • MHA's Virtual Doors Are Open
MHA’s virtual doors remain open, as well. The community-based non-profit is accepting referrals for new clients, as well as continuing to provide services already engaged with the agency. Services are delivered primarily through TeleHealth technologies, and in-person services are available when necessary. MHA’s team of licensed mental health professionals includes Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors, Peer Specialists, Care Managers and Nurse Practitioners. The range of services include clinics throughout Westchester and Rockland counties, at which a sliding fee scale ensures that services are available regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.
