Qigong
Join us for this exciting meditation workshop, "Qigong." Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercise. This workshop will be taught by certified and trained instructor Beverly Spencer.
This program meets in-person every other Tuesday, and registration required. Please check dates and register on our online calendar.
