Diverse Books for Fiction
Our list of recommended books have been curated from a wide variety of
well regarded review sources, award winners, and, titles popular with readers. We have also included a section of books recommended by our own librarians in the OPL children's department u under the tab called Staff Picks.
To better help you select titles that are age and developmentally appropriate, we've further organized these recommendations into categories, including picture books, beginning readers and middle grade chapter books.
We will continue to update this list as new, well reviewed titles are added to our collection.
